How is the quality of Elegant Ebony’s hair products?

Our hair products are 100% Virgin Remy Human Hair and considered among the highest quality available in the human hair industry. Our hair is extremely healthy and can be dyed or bleached according to your desires.

How many bundles does it take for a full head of hair?

In general, 1 bundle of hair weighs 95g to 100g (3.3 oz to 3.5 oz). In order to maintain the weight consistency for all bundles, the longer the hair, the shorter the width. Therefore, we suggest 3 to 4 bundles for a full head. At least 4 bundles are recommended for 20” or longer hair.

How do I care for my hair bundles or closures?

Co-washing and deep conditioning on a regular basis is the best way to maintain your hair. It is always best to protect the hair with a silk scarf while sleeping. Protect wavy or curly styles by braiding into medium or large braids, depending on the style, before lying down. Use gentle finger strokes or a wide tooth comb when styling. Occasionally, placing a tiny bit of conditioner, leave-in conditioner, weave spray or weave conditioner when it’s a bit dry will enhance your style.

How long are your hair bundles?

Our bundles are usually between 10” to 32”. Our Super Long hair products go up to 40” for Silky Straight.

What are your available hair textures?

Elegant Ebony’s hair textures include: Silky Straight, Body Wave, Loose Wave, Loose Deep Wave, Deep Wave, Deep Curly, Italian Curly, Water Wave, Kinky Straight, and Kinky Curly.

How long does Elegant Ebony’s hair last?

Depending on how you maintain it, our hair can last a very long time; perhaps longer than 1 or 2 years.

Does Elegant Ebony accept Credit or Debit Cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.

Can I get Free Shipping?

Yes, our customers receive free shipping on all of our products.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Your order should be processed and ready for shipping within 48 hours.

How many days does it take for my order to arrive?

After processing, it usually takes between 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Please note: due to the Covid-19 pandemic which may cause circumstances beyond our control, shipping may be occasionally delayed.

What is your Refund/Return Policy?

At Elegant Ebony, our customers are our number one priority. If an order is inaccurate, please contact our Customer Service Department via customerservice@elegantebony.com immediately since all orders must be returned within 7 days of the customer’s receipt date.

Please note that all items must be returned in original factory condition i.e. unaltered, unworn, and undamaged with original packaging and tags attached. Please ensure that the hair bundles, closures and/or frontals are intact and the lace and bundles have not been cut, altered, washed, damaged, dyed or bleached.

Prior to returning any items, the customer must contact the Customer Service Department at customerservice@elegantebony.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please include the customer’s email address and order number within your email request to the Customer Service Department. Once the return has been authorized, the item(s) will be allowed to be returned.

Please be aware that if the order was fulfilled accurately by Elegant Ebony, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

However, if it is determined that the customer was inadvertently sent the wrong hair product, Elegant Ebony will be responsible for the return shipping charge.

Once the returned package is received and inspected and it has been determined by all item(s) are found to be free of damage, alterations, and wear with original packaging and tags attached, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to the customer’s original payment account minus any applicable return shipping charges, when necessary.
